This feels like spam with shaky health claims. Please if I’m wrong show me, but please be extremely careful considering the health claims made.

But more interestingly: how is papaya leaf as a tisane? What does it taste like?

As long as I have a tea I like. More important are ways to properly and safely heat the water for the tea.

But if I have to choose I would choose a tea that gives me strength. A strong black Darjeeling/Keemun or a darker Oolong.

Good luck. And as long as you stay (at least) a few feet away from disaster you are save.

Just watched the second show (should be on iplayer soon, it just ended minutes ago). It was also very nice. More focused on Britain and some America.
