Fascinating 1930 interview with Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, thought to be the only filmed one ever made of him. Made me think of you too @thepurrfectcup because of your nice ”Taking Tea with…” series, particularly […]

Never get a good friend hooked on the same teas as you like. Think how you’ll have to share. Much better to introduce them to, say – the teabags you inherited from Great Aunt Peggy. Delight your guests with those, […]

Glad you met up with another online tea pal for real, and that it turned out to a great time.
I like Yunnan golden bud, so I’d have been happy with that too.
Nice pic of “y’all” -

Interesting: A day in the life of a tea taster at Ahmad Tea. Anyone had this tea? I have, and it’s generally pretty inexpensive.

@thepurrfectcup dropped this thought provoking video into the activity stream. It basically says; don’t waste your life doing what you don’t want to do, and don’t teach your children this either. The question is […]

Was going to bed a while ago, but here I am still typing away. No tea either. And I just remembered I haven’t set the Breville yet for tomorrow’s morning cups. Must get that done now too.

I thought this keyboard horse was pretty cool. Titled: Hedonism(y) Trojaner – think Trojan Horse – it was created with recycled computer keys by German Artist Babis Cloud:

@peter – When you get a chance, can you please check out what’s going on with forum comments? They appear in the activity stream but not in the forum. They come up as “hidden” and when I “unspammed” @bram‘s, it disappeared altogether. Don’t know why Bram’s got spammed. @iheartteas‘ comment isn’t there either.

Some of you are seeing “achievements” for things you already have achieved. I think that’s because I manually awarded points to those who had just gained them prior to my big overhaul. So if you hit level 2 just before my revamp, then I manually assigned you level 2 after the update . Looks like the automatic counter, doesn’t recognize my manual…[Read more]
