Love it when you write these open, honest, lay-it-all bare stories. Very moving. But you know what? In the end you’ll probably find love with someone who didn’t drink tea at all before you met, who favors coffee, […]

Perhaps the Lady Devotea can give this tea a try/review? I agree with you in a mildly ideal world tea companies fully inform themselves about their prospective reviewers, however I think that often there is too […]

I don’t like drinking from thick walled mugs either. And I find that some teas taste better in smaller cups than in super sized ones. Why? I don’t know. I like delicate teas (jasmine, green, etc.) in thin small […]

Jackie replied to the topic A new concept tea shop in Berlin in the forum Tea News and Information 10 years ago
I like the idea of sorting teas by country of origin as this shop does. I guess it means they sell only single origin tea. No Assam mixed with Ceylon and such. Anyway, looks “ueber cool” – very trendy indeed. I hope the light that floods into it doesn’t affect the tea. As long as it’s not in glass jars – don’t see any – I guess it’ll be fine.…[Read more]

I wonder why that tea was called Scottish caramel? With ingredients such as Pu’er, Vanilla and caramel I can’t spot anything that’s remotely Scottish.
As to the bags, my local grocery store has just stopped […] -

Nice post. I pair tea with food all the time, but I don’t drink much Japanese tea, so haven’t much experience with that combo.

…could be on the market if “things go as planned.” Currently in development by University of New Hampshire neuroscience student Laura Van Beaver, will this tea be the new (expensive) hot drink of the future? Clever idea, even though de-caffeinated tea is not for me. Not just because of the dull taste, but because I like the little kick the…[Read more]

Yesterday was tea clean-up tea. I finally let the tea go that I was never going to drink. Time to make room for the tea that we love.

Wow, that would make me think twice about going to a tea ceremony in Shanghai. I’d probably decline now. Not being able to speak or read the language would make fighting this scam extremely hard. Thanks for sharing @riccaicedo. I read both articles, just had the Spanish one translated.
