I wouldn’t exactly call myself a complete layman but I have no idea what you mean. Why the fear? Why is Yinzhen […]

Really enjoyed your pics and your report. But I’m a bit confused about the bucket picking comparison pic. Yours on the left looks like standard tea leaves just picked. The ones on the right look different. Perhaps […]

All that tea lost, and they still took away his electrical equipment. Plus now he’s sitting in jail. Or is he not? I couldn’t make that out. I suppose they probably won’t offer him any cuppas there.

The only thing missing here is a link to your post that mentions this ghastly proposal. Glad the ruling was overturned.

That must be Zealong. You know @xavier – it’s been around for a few years now. That nice German guy, Jo from New Zealand sold a small batch of black New Zealand a couple of years or so ago. Here’s Zealong’s main website. The trouble about that tea was, that it’s always been pretty expensive. Interesting that MF is now buying their tea and selling…[Read more]

Jackie started the topic Tazo tea store in Seattle closing! in the forum Tea News and Information 11 years, 4 months ago
It didn’t last long. The Tazo tea store in Seattle. However, can’t say I’m surprised since I don’t think that the Tazo store can co-exist alongside Teavana tea stores. I think Starbucks had to go for one brand, or the other and they are choosing Teavana. Wonder if Tazo teas will eventually disappear altogether. Read this interesting article by Melody.

Jackie replied to the topic Price-takers or price-fixers? in the forum Tea News and Information 11 years, 4 months ago
I like the idea of small growers getting a chance to become price fixers, not just price takers. It’s an interesting initiative. Thanks @xavier.

Jackie started the topic Bloggers: How do you keep your content fresh? in the forum 11 years, 4 months ago
I’m just wondering, how do you manage to keep your blog posts fresh and meaningful? Do you ever feel you run out of topics, or things to say? Do you re-visit some favorite (or successful) topics, when you’re not sure what to write about next? Do you ever re-post?
Fortunately, or unfortunately I don’t have that problem as I don’t post nearly often…[Read more] - Load More
