Thanks for pointing it out. There’s a programming issue and I don’t see my blog the way you do, because I can see all blogs, spammed or not. Sorting it out now.

@bram When you say “she did what few people did before” do you mean she inspired me to blog?

Daniel, wonder how you stumbled on this blog? Thanks for reading. If this had happened in a restaurant, I wouldn’t have left a tip. But yes, it was certainly worth a story. And I enjoyed writing again. Anyway, […]

Update: We received a reply to Pete’s message to the owners and were impressed with the speedy response. It seems the employee in question was very young and inexperienced, so there’s still more training planned. […]

It’s a fine article and I see that I’ll likely never become a professional blogger since I don’t follow any of those recommendations. Good find though.

It’s great, I got the same result. However, it’d be even greater if we could maximize its prime position. Not sure how to go about that.

@thedevotea @xavier Well, they actually pride themselves on their barista training, and won Retailer of the Year in that city. Hopefully it’s just this one person. But one terrible server like her is enough to […]

I’ve written 1,199 words on my tea blog already. Nice? All because we had such a rotten time trying to have a cup of tea nearby.

Very sleepy still but happy because “one of my favorite people in the world” is safely back from Australia. 30 hours after the start of the trip. Now I can relax and drink tea.

While we know there’s a dedicated camp of dunkers and an equally dedicated camp of non dunkers, what you might not know is, there’s a compelling reason to dip your cookie into tea: It tastes better that way! And […]

So, I’m looking forward to some Australian Tim Tams but alas no tea. Sigh. I could find my way to every T2 store in Melbourne, I looked them all up. I’d ask @thedevotea to bring me some, but I fear he doesn’t like the company.
-
T2 is where I often buy tea when I am in Melbourne. They are a little expensive, but I just live with that. Oriental Tea House is where I drink tea in Melbourne, they have some interesting ones as well.
Tim Tams are superb. And you can try a shooter with a milky chai – bit a little out of opposite corners of the Tim Tam and suck the beverage up through it.

Late start on here! It’s Sunday-initis. Having a large cup of Upton Tea’s vanilla which is blended in Germany. Looking around here and thinking about “a favorite person in the world” coming back from Australia today. Can’t wait.
