@rachanac, @lazyliteratus and I were having a little chat about – what else – teas. Actually the ordering of them. Rachel mentioned Shui Tea, and browsing their site, I came across this really interesting article “What are Natural Flavorings?” Thought I’d pass the link on to you guys too.

Nice, you should put it onto Tea Trade, so we can all easily access it.
The left hand list would be best if clickable, would love to see more samples of book pages? Anyway, it’s a good start, running a web site is a lot of work… -

Today’s a day that warrants making ice tea. Except I don’t like it, so I made some for Pete. Simple black tea with lemon juice and lots of ice.
