Rachel, these are lovely! Can you tell us a bit more about them, where you found these little gems? I know about the monkey one, but what about the Retro one for example? I love hearing teapot stories…

Did you already see this picture of a monkey Yixing teapot? It’s one of @iheartteas – out of her personal collection. Take a look at this one and the others featured on her latest blog post. Rachel, where did you pick this one up?

@dinahsaur – You’re not one of the youngest people in the tea community 😉 Meet our newest member @ianerickson who just posted his first post on his Art + Tea site: http://serendipitea.teatra.de/
Ian, just mentioned this because Dinah is on a laudable mission to show young people that tea isn’t boring and stuffy. Her blog on Tea Trade is at…[Read more] -

Good morning. 2 mugs of tea down, and lots of posts, articles, and updates here and “everywhere” replied to, or posted. Not too bad for a Tuesday morning just before 9.00.

Thanks @supermoon10 for an interesting post. I can’t see myself heading up to northern Canada anytime soon, but the little shop sounds like an interesting place. A wall of tea and walls of books, lovely! I can see […]

@iheartteas – Rachel, I don’t think the teas will be available at Jamba Juice. I think they just bought the brand to add to their “stable of lifestyle brands.” Lifestyle brands, the term, sounds phony to me.<br […]

@teapages, but Robert sounded so sweet and mellow, I’ll enjoy it for the short time it lasts, ha ha.
For anyone who’s not familiar with Gallagher, here’s a video link. I can see @thedevotea lining up the teabags, […] -

I have to admit I cringe a little every time I hear “Jamba Juice” in this “commercial.” Talbott Teas wasn’t exactly marketing itself as a juicy fruit. I understand that Shane Talbott and Steven Nakisher – the […]

My favorite “spin on things” was your third one, where you ponder tea talk in teashops.
Would you really bore people with those topics? I think they sound interesting, especially if delivered by someone like […] -

@yaya I said “Chinese” because Zealong says they process according to Chinese methods, and on their site they talk about Chen having fulfilled his dream of growing Chinese Oolong… The plants were from Taiwan. Alles klar? Not really.
So plants grown in NZ, offspring of Taiwanese tea plants, processed with Chinese methods? And was Chen’s dream of…[Read more] -

Ah @yaya, I will have to wait to hear what you previously mentioned about black tea production in NZ because your comment on @funandflirtea went into spam. Or pending…I suppose they were the first to produce Chinese Oolong in NZ then.

Depends what you call nice @robertfortune I’m tempted to tell you to lighten up a bit buddy, and risk a smile once in a while. Well, I suppose you don’t have much to laugh about, being a spy and all that. Do you ever lie awake at night, pondering why you stole tea?

Which ones? I like ordering Darjeelings from the well priced and excellent @lochantea – Yunnans from Yunnansourcing.us, their teas are amazing, they specialize in Puerh. Nepalese & and a bit of everything else from Upton. Also, Adagio does have a cream tea I like.
For sample packages our sellers are the best, you can sample so many different c…[Read more] - Load More
