We had 10″ of snow recently. I am doing the happy, happy dance. It won’t hang around but we all loved it. Naturally tons of hot tea rounded off the day.

@xavier The article goes on to say these are Gayot.com’s favorites, which is of course quite different from calling them World Top 10 teas. Some of the teas are pretty good though, even if they’re not world class teas.

I don’t mind the waiting for the tea to boil. But I do mind the waiting once the tea’s in my cup. As soon as I see and smell it, I want it. Trouble is, it’s still far too hot.

I agree. It’s very sweet. Probably because the Beasts of Brewdom one was the opposite ha ha: “Ten of your opinions that tea lovers don’t give a damn about.”

Ha, this is indeed an amazing hike. I once collected a lot of info about this place to write a blog post about it. I thought it was fascinating. Not sure where I kept all the stuff I gathered, should have a look to see if I can find it. Thanks for sharing @bram.
