Just found out the tearoom I frequent regularly is hiring for a tasting room host. Now, my one task (for not screwing this up) will be to somehow stop myself from geeking out.
Upside? I get the job, and I get to talk about tea three days a week. Downside? I have to stop reviewing teas.

Why do you have to stop reviewing teas? They said you weren’t allowed to, or you wouldn’t have the time to? Have they offered you the job yet? This sounds so promising!
I would stop reviewing from an ethical standpoint. My impartiality would be compromised. No, they haven’t offered it, yet. I just applied today.
(Hint: It’s a place I frequent…er…frequently.)

I still feel like you could review teas somehow… I really enjoy your reviews and would miss them a great deal darn-it!
I’m perhaps getting ahead of myself. I have to actually land the job first.
