Changing things is always a problem.
Did anyone taste the new blend?

The eternal debate of quality over quantity.
I don’t think there is a single/simple answer to this question.

    So many companies? Impressive.
Is this rather popular in the United States?

I heard that it is mostly used for iced teas.

Portugal, we talked about it. 😀
I remember that it was not in mainland Portugal but in some of the islands (although I don’t remember which one).

Do you know of any other unusual countries/places to grow tea?

    Samovar? I would say Russia.

And for the Turkish production, it was displayed here http://teaconomics.teatra.de/2011/05/27/the-classical-economics-part-i/

I don’t have my stats here but I will look at them as soon as possible.

I read (but I am not sure it is true) that Japan only produces green tea.

It seems you are disagreeing here. 😀
Are machine picked teas good or bad?

And I am sure the next video will show us a robot harvesting tea.

@Charles you are talking about books. What books are you referring to?

I didn’t know it was machine harvested but it is logical since labour costs are so high in Japan.

Does it make a difference? I don’t know.

    You are unique 😀
It is true that it is more perfume oriented than tea but I guess it is linked to the image Theodor seems eager to promote: sophistication and French.

I also like the humour in their slogan.

World tea expo, connecting people, one cup at a time.

And for pu-er, it might also be that companies think there is a growing market there and want to be there first.

    Thanks for the tips.
I am a bit surprised by this 0° thing as in Himalayas and China, temperatures can be cooler than that or am I wrong?
