I will attend for the whole week-end a salon on tourism (for professional reasons). Since I will be there with colleagues, I decided to make some tea for them.
I have two Thermos. One will be filled with Sans Complexe (black tea with meringued lemon pie) and for the others, I don’t know yet but I am sure I will find out in the next hour or so.
Just water and several kinds of loose tea to steep on the spot…?
Thanks for the idea @bram
But the water won’t be hot enough to steep the leaves later then?! How about one flavored tea and one unflavored tea, to suit both palates. (PS: I thought your colleagues don’t drink tea?)
Some of them do (I am slowly attracting them to the leaf side) and pre warmed Thermos are good for keeping water hot.
I first did the black teas and then the green I had.
