On the house? We’ll start with a 2005 Châteauneuf-du-Pape “Combe des Fous” Clos Saint Jean. Thanks.
PS: I might sell it and buy us lots & lots of tea.

There’s nothing in the rules that says you can’t gift a bottle of wine to the hosts, which they will stash away in the pantry, before we all sit down to drink tea.
Throwing wine? You are even crazier than your host, the Mad Hatter.
