It is true to that choice is often limited and I think your technique is a good one to select the perfect tea for you (which is not that surprising).

You know I don’t drink alcohol (if you didn’t, now you do) but it seems Bacardi is launching a new spirit based on tea.
I never know what to think of such initiatives.
