I like your philosophy and the part on “Your body is built to detox but you do have to do your part in keeping healthy” is the best.

I like the design of the first one (it looks a bit like a coffee machine) but no real control of the temperature is a problem for me.

You found the 3rd way and since you already defined the 1st and 2nd ones, I am sure you will be able to sell the concept to these gurus.
