I’ve long been fascinated by East Frisian tea and even tried to make some at one point, I’m sure I failed. There really isn’t much literature about the tea itself, usually only little blurbs in marketing […]

Well, I we may have this before, but thank god the Chinese aren’t letting the the breast-cradling of leaves die. The world would be a sadder place with no tea leaves smothered in mammary love: Virgin with C-cup […]

@bram adding a border around the ads on all the sites across the network pretty much will not work because of how themeing works. Though it is possible to isolate small display issues like that on individual sites […]

Added an amazingly powerful but simple new plugin to the network tonight. I discovered it recently while working on another project. It helps you clean up your Post Edit Screen and organize all the different things there. It also works on the Product Edit Screen too. I’ll be writing a blog post about it later this week, but you can play with it…[Read more]

All good points. @bram one of the things I’m also trying to highlight is that, yes, building a tea marketplace can certainly be done. There are certainly ways to do it better, though better is often a matter of […]

This is a response to a prediction that Jason Walker made here, this forum post originated as part of a larger response posted in our blog Interesting Criticism: Tea Trade is a clusterfuck. This post is part […]

I put a new theme up on my personal blog today. It’s called notable. Very nice, I think. It’s available as a premium theme to upgraded users. I’ll be trying to make some more available in the near future.

Yeah, its related to the 404s. The latest version of our forum software tries to do some newfangled stuff with user permissions. Because of things I’ve done in the past with user permissions, that newfangled stuff is what caused the 404s.
The solution was to revert to an older version of the forum software to beat back the 404s and hope a…[Read more]

Yes, I know…. I put it there….
This was done with a lot soul-searching before I did it. I’ve never run any kind of advertising on Tea Trade ever. I’ve even added some ads to the main site as well. […]

I’ve been hearing that some logged in members have been having trouble accessing the forums and are getting 404 errors. I’ve not yet been able to recreate this issue, but have already done a number of things that should correct it.
If anyone is still having this issue, you can post a comment to this update so I can gather more information to…[Read more]

No 404 but perhaps related.
I get the “You cannot reply to this topic.” where I want to reply on a topic. So I can’t reply (Mysterious Ads on my Blog / Info on a Pu-Erh / and others) and the world is now saved from my stupid reply. 🙂 -

@techyguy717 I think perhaps you might consider the French press. It is often used for coffee, but I use one regularlya. You can find them pretty much anywhere.
I wrote an article about them sometime ago: <a href="http://leafboxtea.com/875/the-best-modern-method-for-brewing-tea/" […] -

@bram – I’m familiar with the problem, it happens when I tinker with certain files and can confirm the issue. I’ve since rebooted the server and cleaned up some code in one of the files that writes the URLs, I tested it and it seems to be working.
Can you test and confirm that it is working properly now?
