Thanks so much for sharing the video! These guys are so good at this. They could do the pour with their eyes closed. I also think the pour brings out the flavor of the tea to some extent.

If you are alright to making a slight bit of a mess of your kitchen counter, go for it! Medium level pours from a small vessel with a spout help.
