Noted. I hear you @lahikmajoe – !!
I go back and forth with our current chat service. We pay a lot of money to use it and access it, and it is a good service in terms of features; but, it is damn slow. It actually doubles the load time of the entire Tea Trade main site. Last week when I was timing things down to the millisecond – I was getting…[Read more]

@lahikmajoe George is still around. @jopj: He’s @indonique on twitter and tweets very occasionally. Last time was three weeks ago or so. He mentioned a possible come-back this fall, I hope so! Here’s a short vid @teapages made, it’s a promotional video for her book but it mentions George’s New Orleans story too.…[Read more]

Pete’s working on here, and I just got done replying to @lahikmajoe‘s post. It’s brilliant. Don’t give it a miss. Who knows if he’ll ever write another one like this…
But Ken, I do wonder what’s this about a hung shingle? -

Short vid on Tea & Entrepreneurship made by the German company “Teekampagne”. I know @lahikmajoe talked about them on one of his blog posts. Ken, if you know where it is, feel free to link to it in a comment.

I just read @lahikmajoe‘s fun blog post about yesterday’s first “annual Tea Trade meeting.” Not only was the company wonderful (pups included), so were the teas. Catch up here: http://lfbx.us/blhtg

Our #ITTC was just amazing. @lahikmajoe is a wonderful host – he’s the lovely person you all suspect he is. @xavier is charming and fun to share tea with too. Everyone we met was so nice. We had such a great time, one fine tea after the other, and a good concert with Ken’s excellent voice. I want to write more but the update doesn’t do our…[Read more]

When we had tea with @lahikmajoe on Friday he continued to allude to that he had a surprise, but his original one didn’t work out. He did mention that he would tell us what the original one was but the conversation never happened because there was so much to talk about and our chat moved on […]

Just came across this, wish I had seen it sooner. As you know we are traveling, yesterday it was to get a close up of the Alps – so we are a bit behind. This was such a wonderful idea, incredibly thoughtful and kind. What a pity it didn’t work out. @lahikmajoe repeatedly told us he […]

This weekend is the first International Tea Trade Conference. Taking place in Munich, Germany. We’ll be attending, along with a few other members of the Tea Trade community. Our French partner @xavier will ne there, as well as @lahikmajoe and many others. Should be a great time with much accomplished for the tea community!

Sunday is clearly a good day for tea blogging. Two very good articles showed up on the network today from our good friends @lahikmajoe and @thedevotea. These are good examples of what great tea writing is all about!

@lahikmajoe – an interesting business model that I would like to see is a good distribution of the basic three as loose tea in supermarkets (Early Grey, English Breakfast, Green tea). These three could be supplemented by Seasonal Products (Darjeeling, Ceylon, Etc) that appear more like specialty products. All of these supermarket offering could…[Read more]
