Just saw there’s new tea up in the marketplace. Nice selection now. Love that there are lots of samples to try, and many of your teas are a better bargain. Question: do you prefer shipping included in the price? I do, but maybe you don’t?

I think I agree with Jackie, on a personal level I prefer shipping in the price. It just feels better as a shopper, I don’t have to calculate, nor be disappointed that I have to pay more than I originally saw. For me, I find myself more likely reaching for the Buy Now button when the shipping is included in the price.
