It was ground beef, leeks, peppers and onions. All gone now…Anything good cooking up north?

Sounds great to me! Same me some next time. π We just had rice tonight. I wasn’t feeling well. So I kept it simple. We had a chuck roast last night with potato and carrot and snap peas tossed in with the meat (Also stuck garlic cloves in the meat.

Perfect. We’ll do a swap – I’ll make some pie (gluten free!) and you send me down some chuck roast, ha ha.
