I spent most of last week getting extra sleep and overdosing on Vitamin C, because I was trying to avoid getting a cold. Yet it was not to be. By the weekend, I’d accepted that I was unquestionably sick.
So my question is: what tea do you drink when you’re under the weather?
I’m sick very rarely, but when I am my desire for black tea vanishes. And although I’ve still been able to taste some things this week, my sense of taste has definitely been affected.
I find myself drinking a lot of Rooibus and simple Oolongs. Oh and with the former, plenty of honey.
How about you? Is there any tea you avoid when you don’t feel well? That you gravitate towards?
