I’ll kick off with an article I enjoyed reading on Shui Tea. I’d already mentioned this in an earlier update, but when I realized that this link – and a few others I have in mind, won’t be seen for long, I decided to create this board. Shui Tea’s article explains a few things about natural flavorings, that I wasn’t aware of. Who’d have known that the European classification has certain advantages for the consumer over ours here?
