I found out that although the automatical close of comments on “old” posts on my blog is working to prevent more spammers to act, the “About me” part is always open and receives a lot of spams.

Is there a way to close it to comments too?

Attachments like photo’s also receive some spam.

@xavier comments can be deactivated on a per post/per page basis. I’ve now gone into your blog and deactivated comments for your About Me page.

@bram I’ll look into a way to permenantly disable comments on the attachments pages. I tried a few things but none worked. No reason to have it available.
