"Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf" to come to DC

California company Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is about to expand into the Washington DC area. That may not be exciting news to some of you, say in China or Alaska, but I think it’s good news. It’s a nice store and we need more of those!
