Here’s more on Australia’s tea growing region North Queensland. Nerada tea factory and its 318 hectare garden produce around 1.5 million kg of pesticide free tea. That’s well over 3 million lbs. Did you know it’s peak harvesting season there? Picking takes place 24/7 at the moment bringing in between 600-800 kg of tea per week.
