I just finished reading the story of a coffee company and I would like to know if you know any good one about a tea company (apart from the Republic of Tea and it must be a modern company).

@xavier – try this one: Mission in a Bottle – the story of Honest Tea. Honest Tea is now owned by Coca Cola whereas it started out as an enterprise founded by just two people . What’s also interesting is, that it’s actually a graphic novel! http://missioninabottle.net/
This was one of the two other books I had in mind.
But they never answered me when I asked them when they would sell their book in Europe 🙁
