    I am once again in a Japanese tea mood.
    I guess it is because Spring is supposed to be here.

      Spring? Where? Almost a new cold-record for today (2nd place, 1916). And thanks to the wind a chill temp of 15 degrees lower…

        Had a Tokiwa Sencha. One of the few Secha’s I actually like.
        Oh and White Whisper. A white tea from mount Kenya in Kenya. Very nice.

        It is cold and grey but it doesn’t surprise me as we had a nice Christmas and there is a saying that goes like this (roughly translated): Christmas by the balcony, Eastern by the chimney.
