I’m in post-Thanksgiving mood – a good one of course. Yesterday I made my own roast carrot soup, cranberry sauce, apple/cranberry/sausage stuffing, parsnip/sweet potato mash – and maple pie. We did have turkey but I can’t really say I made that from scratch. Green Ceylon tea as a “digestif” – was lovely.
