    Ah @yaya, I will have to wait to hear what you previously mentioned about black tea production in NZ because your comment on @funandflirtea went into spam. Or pending…I suppose they were the first to produce Chinese Oolong in NZ then.

    • @yaya I said “Chinese” because Zealong says they process according to Chinese methods, and on their site they talk about Chen having fulfilled his dream of growing Chinese Oolong… The plants were from Taiwan. Alles klar? Not really.
      So plants grown in NZ, offspring of Taiwanese tea plants, processed with Chinese methods? And was Chen’s dream of Chinese Oolong fulfilled because Taiwanese tea plants are offshoots of Chinese tea plants, making all Zealong’s “mother plants “Chinese?
