In the days before @verity moved her blog to Tea Trade, she wrote an interesting post about Australian green tea.Grown in the Victorian Alps, the “Alpine Tea Company” produces green tea from the bushes of the yabukita strain. Why am I mentioning all this? Verity, aka joiedeta just reminded me of this interesting tea in a tweet a couple of minutes ago. I forgot I’d even commented at the time.
