Well, if you thought that seemed like a lot of money, you and I lack imagination. It’s just been confirmed that the winning bid fetched $75,000 at auction! I can tell you one thing, we here at Tea Trade didn’t buy it. I’m just not that into lipstick stained teacups.
*If you want to donate $75,000 to Japanese young artists so they can study in the US, fine. But do you really want that teacup? Hope they sanitize it. I fear some weirdo might be smooching the cup, rubbing it all over his face right now.
