Interesting article about the environmental impact of teabags, tea waste, tea gardens, overflowing kettles, and over-scooping your tea.
Worth a read. I found the forest clearing thought provoking, although I can’t see that being an issue in every tea growing country. One point I find hard to believe: That “a traditional square tea bag, on the other hand, uses around 50cm square of paper.” That’s pretty big. Google what cms translate to if you’re not sure. Just sounds like a lot of paper.

@riccaicedo Strangely enough the article seems to say that bagged tea isn’t all that bad after all. Me, I just don’t like their taste.
