My grandparents always had Tea, and so did I when I was there. They had many guests from far and near and as a child I eagerly awaited the evenings when I could join them for Tea and stories (and pastry), and what stories they told!
I confess that my Tea back then consisted of sugar, water and tea, in that order!
Since then my taste for Tea has gone from sweet Earl Grey-ish to loose leaf black, green, oolong, white and pu-erh. I often start my day with strong Ceylon Tea with milk (tea first!), or green or oolong or….
