@thedevotea – Mechanics seem to get an awful lot of towns name after them, I know of a MechanicSville in Virginia.
Cute little teashop – the last pic looks like it’s straight out of toyland. Just adorable but I’m […]

This is an incredibly exciting review of @thedevotea‘s tea. Your enthusiasm for this really shines through. I can only agree and we are so proud to have you and Robert on our blog roll. Actually looking at who’s […]
Ha ha @iheartteas – give it a few more years and you’ll be Robert’s twin. You’ll likely change your company name from iheartteas to ihateteabags too.
Oooh…Blood orange mocha? Do you have a link? Also, you made a lot of people very happy with all your activity here – including me
I bet you haven’t had a cup of tea while flying in this plane. British MRAF serviceman, Corporal Stewart Hefti, set the world record for flying the most loop-the-loops while drinking a cuppa. Made me smile:

Not a fan of the Great Gatsby (not the book nor the ’74 movie with Mia Farrow) – I found both dull. However, it’s a good long while ago so I I think I’d watch this movie and see if my tastes have changed.
As to […]
Amazing, an opera focused on tea. Complete news to me too. How lovely your daughter surprised you with this gift. I agree with you, wouldn’t it be lovely to watch it (live) while drinking tea? One should arrange a […]
This is good news for me: (and you in a round-about way) my laptop is finally repaired! I’ll pick it up Monday, which means I can keep a much closer eye on things again. Can’t wait to have it back and see some of you in a hangout soon.
Oh, oh the cat is back. Now we mouse can no longer play
The salted caramel sounds incredibly intriguing.
Gosh, that wouldn’t be @thedevotea would it? : P
@xavier just for the sake of drinking something? Then you could just drink water? @johndelaney I drink tea because of the taste foremost but it is closely intertwined with tradition and family connections. By that I mean that I grew up drinking tea, as we were loose leaf tea drinkers in our household. A long time ago family members owned a tea…[Read more]
The original location and a college town cafe with great food and a selection of 37 loose teas to choose from. Located near Colonial Williamsburg, the crowd always has an interesting mix of college students and […]
Drinking Ceylon tea (see my related forum post) and am missing my morning splash of milk in it. Forgot to buy some yesterday.
Ah, you’re an “aries” that explains a lot. They are known to mild tempered, sweet and docile people who aim to please. Or, wait – did I get that wrong?
Very nice idea to give us the […]
From the New York Daily News: “Can tea help you in the bedroom?” Apparently, all it takes is a cup of Ceylon tea. Brew up those luscious leaves and have away at it in an instant. Without that tea, you’re likely sprawled out on the sofa instead. Bag of chips in hand, watching reality TV. Funnily enough we just bought some yesterday. Before we read…[Read more]
Love their packaging but too expensive for me to try. Tins like that don’t come cheap…
Bless you Rachel, this year looks so promising for you. Ever since you talked about renewing your vows, things have been soaring higher and higher. You so deserve it Ms. Very happy for you.
@alexkmbk – With a Darjeeling a 2013 tea would already be available, so that might be interesting to you too. Like @xavier said; many tea companies do not list the year of their teas, which I’m not happy about either. I’m always wary of tea promotions for that reason. Can’t help thinking they’re simply trying to sell off older tea quickly. There…[Read more]
