      Hi,
      Hope everyone is having a great day.
      I was wondering if anyone has ever been to the Rize tea plantation in Turkey? If so, how long ago did you go? My partner and I are about to embark on a journey of all the worlds tea plantations. We really want to see Rize in Turkey but are unsure how safe it is with all the current troubles in Syria.
      Any help / advise would be gratefully appreciated.

      I haven’t been to Rize, but have traveled to Turkey.

      All the places that I traveled to seemed pretty safe, and I drank a lot of Turkish black tea : )

      Turkey is very advanced and has a strong economy. Another story would be traveling to Morocco or the like.
