So far I’ve seen two book reviews by Tea Traders for “19 Lessons on Tea” (Kindle edition) now available on Amazon. If you’re interested, check out both @riccaicedo‘s post here and @teaformeplease‘s post here.
I read “19 Lessons on Tea.” I thought the book was great. Even though the book is meant for beginners… I still learned some new things.
My only issue with it is that it talks about decaffeinating tea via the 30 second steep method… which isn’t true.
I agree with @identitea ! If it’s the book I think it is, the author asked me to proof read it but that coincided with my recent hospitalisation and illness, so I just never did. I can hardly bitch about it know.
But just yesterday, I saw that same advice given by one of my local competitors. Amateurs!
Another interesting review, this time by @iheartteas: http://iheartteas.teatra.de/2013/02/19-lessons-on-tea-review/
